Every enquiry starts here. We read what you send, reply within one working day and talk it through with you. We tell you honestly what we would look at and whether paid work would help. If it would not, we say so.
What it is not
The free discussion is a conversation, not an audit. A written review of your site is the paid Website Health Check below, and we agree its price in writing before any work starts.
What we need from you
Your website address and what is bothering you.
Website Health Check
A paid review. We look, we change nothing.
A plain-English review of your existing website, so you know where it stands and what to fix first.
What you get
- Speed on mobile and desktop, including Google’s Core Web Vitals
- Technical SEO basics: indexing, titles, sitemap, redirects and structured data
- A quick accessibility check of your key pages
- A check of your enquiry form and, if you have it, your analytics
- A written report with a prioritised list of fixes, and a call to talk it through
Not included
Making the fixes (that is the Improvement Sprint), a full accessibility audit, a security audit or penetration test, and ongoing monitoring.
What we need from you
Your website address and the pages that matter most. Read-only access to Search Console or Analytics if you have them. About half an hour for the call.
Website Improvement Sprint
A paid, fixed block of work, usually after a Health Check.
We put the most important fixes live, in an order agreed with you, and show you the before-and-after results.
What you get
- Fixes agreed in writing before we start, in priority order
- WordPress performance work: images, caching, plugin clean-up, fonts and slow scripts
- Broken links, redirects and page title or description fixes, where agreed
- Changes tested on a staging copy first, with a backup and a way back
- Before-and-after test results, so you can see what changed
Not included
A redesign, new features or new pages, writing content, and fixes that depend on things we cannot control. If your hosting plan is the bottleneck, we will tell you.
What we need from you
Administrator access to the website and hosting, a named person who can approve changes, and a little time to check the result.
SEO & Analytics Setup
Paid service: search and measurement, set up properly.
So you can see how people find you, and which pages bring enquiries.
What you get
- Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools set up, with your sitemap submitted
- GA4 set up to count the actions that matter to you, such as form submissions, calls and bookings
- Consent handled properly, with a privacy review before any tracking is switched on
- A short written handover explaining what is tracked and where to look
Not included
Ongoing SEO, content writing, link building, paid advertising, or reporting after the handover.
What we need from you
Access to your domain or website, a Google account that will own the properties, and your decision on cookie consent.
Website maintenance and support
Once the basics are in place.
We can look after the site for you: updates, backups, uptime checks and small fixes. Scope and price are agreed after a Health Check, so you only pay for what your site needs.
We quote a fixed price for each package once we have seen your site.
