Who we are
Wemoveon Ltd (“we”, “us”) is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 10061558, registered office 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.
What we collect
- Enquiries: when you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, company (if given), the service you are interested in, your budget range (if given) and your message.
- Technical data: like any website, our web server records basic request logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time) to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project: our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To protect the website from abuse and spam: our legitimate interests in keeping our systems secure.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It is processed on our behalf by our website hosting provider and our email provider (Google Workspace). Google may process data outside the UK, under safeguards approved under UK data protection law. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the contract and our legal and accounting obligations. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us through our contact form or write to us at our registered office.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
