Sub-processors

These are the companies that process personal data on behalf of Wemoveon Ltd, either for our own business (see our privacy notice) or as sub-processors when we act as a client's processor under Part D of our terms of business. We give clients at least 14 days' notice by email before adding or replacing one. Each is bound by written terms at least as protective as ours.

• Google (Google LLC, United States, and Google Ireland Ltd). Google Workspace: email, documents, storage and password manager. Google Analytics 4: website statistics, only with the visitor's consent. Data is processed in the EU and the United States. Safeguard: the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (UK–US data bridge), under which Google LLC is certified, with Google's data processing terms.
• IONOS (IONOS Cloud, United Kingdom). Hosting of this website and its server logs, on a server in London. No transfer outside the UK.
• Keruja infrastructure providers. Only where a service is delivered through our Keruja software. They are listed in the Keruja data processing agreement, which governs data held in Keruja.
• AI model provider. Only where a proposal includes an AI feature. The provider, its location and the safeguard are named in that proposal.
• Freelancers and subcontractors. Only where a proposal names them, and only with the data their task needs.
